Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by going over your medical and dental history, followed by a complete dental exam. This exam includes a careful check of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, along with an oral cancer screening and any necessary X-rays.
Treatment Plan
After reviewing your history and exam results, your dentist will create a personalized treatment plan just for you. They’ll also make sure to answer any questions you have about your dental health and your available options.
Insurance & Paymets
At Courtside Dental, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost (or the patient portion if direct-billing to your insurance) must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards.
